It’s a sharing of space, like a dance party. But I want to discover how much truth I need to offer in order for you to believe my truth.

About Lander Casier (EN)
“It’s all about taking space, owning space, giving space, and sharing space”
Lander Casier, born in Belgium, is a dancer/maker whose interest for dance and movement was triggered at a young age, after finishing the professional pre-education in contemporary dance in Antwerp, (BE). He started at ArtEZ University of the Arts (NL) where his interest for creating own performance work was triggered whilst still defining his dance practice. At the moment Lander is in his last year of his bachelor and working as an apprentice at Norrdans (SE).
His own work has been performed in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany and since November 2020 he has been working in collaboration with Catarina Ferreira da Silva. As an artist, he lays focus on the way we work with each other in an artistic space and how a performance can give and support both performers and audience members in taking something with them that might last forever or only a second.
